Flamingo Resort Dai Lai presents an intriguing case for potential guests weighing luxury against cost-effectiveness. While the stunning location and picturesque grounds stand out, the execution leaves a bit to be desired. The pool area is adequate with a seasonal offering, although it lacks the refinement one might expect from a luxury property. Breakfast is satisfactory, yet the dining experience at Bamboo Restaurant was disappointing; I encountered warm wine and poorly coordinated meal service. Despite these inconsistencies, the facilities such as a fitness centre and children's play area enhance the overall stay. While the front of house staff excelled, a shoutout is deserved for Anh, whose excellent customer service made a difference. Flamingo Resort offers a mix of luxury and value, but potential guests should manage their expectations accordingly.
